Our Catering Information

When it comes to social Events our Catering Staff will effortlessly orchestrate a Menu to dazzle even the most discriminating palate. We will be pleased to assist you in planning the food & decorating details. We hope that the following information will help make your event planning a little easier.

Food & Beverage

All Food & Beverage charges are subject to a 6.5% Sales Tax. For catered functions, a gratuity of 21% is added for service. Printed menu pricing is subject to change without notice. Contracted pricing is always honored.

Guarantees

In arranging for events, attendance must be specified & communicated to Let’s Party & Catering at least 14 days prior to the event. This will be considered the final guarantee for billing purposes and is not subject to reduction. You will be charged for the guarantee or the actual number attending, whichever is greater.

Billing

A deposit of 25% of the estimated catered revenue is required to secure the date. Deposits are refundable minus $250.00 Administrative Fees; if the event is canceled less than 30 days prior to the event the deposit is Non-Refundable. Full payment is due 14 days prior to start of the event. This information is a signed agreement by both parties prior to setting the date for the event.
